The Hopz Vertical Leap Resistance Trainer from SKLZ is designed to help athletes strengthen the key lower body muscles needed for explosive leg drive and power, to maximize your vertical leap ability. The trainer consists of an adjustable waist belt, ankle straps, and resistance bands that provide 40 pounds of resistance when jumping. The resistance bands secure direction to belt rings on the waist belt and to the ankle straps. Built in shoe harnesses on ankle straps keep resistance bands in place to ensure proper positioning. The waist belt adjusts to fit most waist sizes and the trainer is recommended for users from 5 feet, 4 inches tall to 6 feet, 2 inches tall.

SPEED SAC TRAINER

Build explosive leg drive out of the blocks with the SKLZ SpeedSac. This variable weight sled allows you to strengthen your lower body-muscle groups by providing options for increased resistance training similar to metal sleds. You can also use the handles on the bags to execute lunge walk for additional hamstring and quadriceps strengthening.
